Clever Divas came about to fill a need in women’s lives. We envision Clever Divas as an active and vibrant community. Our mission is to provide useful information and entertainment for women.
As women, we’re always too busy. There’s constantly a list of things to do a mile long, whether we work within or outside the home, whether we’re single, married, childless, mothers or grandmothers. This is a place where you can kick off your shoes, share information about your life, find tips for making life run smoother and meet other women who share the same or similar interests.

Kathy Carmichael
Born in Texas, Kathy now lives on the Florida West Coast with her husband, two sons, two cats and a huge collection of dust bunnies. A popular national lecturer, she’s known for the writing articles featured on her website. She writes award-winning romantic comedies and her favorite sport is making people snort soda from their noses because of laughing so hard! Visit Kathy’s Website
Karen Harbaugh
Karen Harbaugh is a writer, wife, and mom; therefore, crazy person. She is a romance author of 11 novels and three novellas, most of them paranormal and historical. However, the call of college tuition has sounded in her family, so she is working full time at an environmental engineering company as a marketing coordinator. She nevertheless cannot resist the call of writing fiction; as a result, she is still plugging along at various novels and novellas. She lives with her husband in the Pacific Northwest, the home of Starbucks, Microsoft, and Boeing. Trish Jensen
Trish Jensen is dreaming for the day that someone gives a prize for ‘Most Boring Life, Ever.’ They could call it THE YAWN award. She’d win hands down year after year. [Clever Divas note: This is so inaccurate. Trish is always entertaining and never boring!!!] Her likes: Animals, writing things that even make her chuckle, and wonderful friends who make her laugh, even on those bad days. Her dislikes: People who have the nerve to call her right in the middle of a Penn State football game. Cheryl Norman lives with her hero/husband of 31 years in the woods of northeast Florida (when she’s not traveling the country in their motor home). Nancy Quatrano
Nancy, husband Carmine, and several adopted cats live on the Double Q Ranch in Northeast Florida. She’d rather write than cook and seriously believes that dark chocolate is a health food, so Carmine makes sure they eat. From her home office, Nancy writes award winning short stories and runs her own writing business. She’s “Mom” to five, “Grandma” to five and handles the publicity for the civilian arm of the local Sheriff’s Department, the St. Augustine Relay for Life and the Ancient City Chapter of the Florida Writer’s Association group. Mother and grandmother, Elizabeth has been married for forty-seven years and lives in Florida. She has realized her lifelong dream of writing books by publishing over fifteen award-winning fiction novels and two writing instruction books.
